Plenty of members have been getting into the Fish of the Month comp of late. Last month we saw all 3 categories filled. Randall Pring secured the biggest Tailor for Deep Sea, Bede Gillard bagged the biggest tailor for Beach/Rock and last but not least, Todd Walker weighed in the biggest Jewfish for Estuary. Nice work lads!

This month is Kingfish for Deep Sea, Jewfish for Beach/Rock and Tailor for Estuary. Bede Gillard has already set the benchmark for Beach/ Rock with a nice Jewie that went 7.5kgs.

The next comp is the Pairs Comp on the weekend of the 13, 14 & 15 May so partner up with somebody and get out for a fish! Let one of the committee members know who you have teamed up with prior to the start of the comp at 5pm Friday – text message is fine. The weigh in is at 2pm on the Sunday and there will be a bbq and fish cook up too. Even if you haven’t been able to get out for a fish, just drop down for a chat and to see what has been on the bite!
